LOS ANGELES — Pineapple Support is hosting a free online support group on enhancing connection and personal growth.
The six-week “Enhancing Interpersonal Connections for Growth and Support” will be led by Pineapple Support therapist Selina Smith and begins Dec. 1 at 9 p.m. (EST). Sessions will last approximately one hour and will take place Mondays through Jan. 5.
“This group is designed to help performers explore meaningful interpersonal connections, starting with the relationship they have with themselves,” said Smith. “Over six weeks, we’ll work through authentic self-awareness, trust, intimacy, and community — offering a safe space for reflection and actionable strategies for stronger, healthier relationships.”
Pineapple Support founder Leya Tanit added, “Building strong interpersonal connections is a vital part of emotional resilience. This support group offers performers a valuable opportunity to connect with themselves and others in a compassionate space, exploring trust, intimacy, and community. These are tools we all need, both personally and professionally.”
